Crochet Challenges
Crochet Challenges Hosted By The Crochet Crowd

All New for January

Beginning January 1st, Crochet Challenges hosted by The Crochet Crowd will be sponsored by Yarnspirations.com.

As always, our challenges will feature a free pattern along with a free video tutorial for those who need extra help.

Our challenges will still continue to be open to all Crocheters around the globe and yarn substitution is still continued to be an option.

We will be teaming up with our friends at Yarnspirations.com to provide the same level of services as you have come to expect from us. For our challenges, you are not required to sign up in advance to participate.

I am confused; on the Mystery Afghan video you tell us the clues begin on the 10th, but then you say the 3rd..where do I go for the first part and has it started yet?

I love the yarn from Yarnspirations but I also like a great deal. For those living in the USA, http://www.knitting-warehouse,com sells most yarn a little bit cheaper and the shipping is a definite savings. Hopefully, Yarnspirations will get enough business in the future and will be able to cut the shipping charges. BUT you can’t beat their E-Tent prices if you don’t mind discontinued yarn and/or colors.

I had fun making the yarnspirations scarf. But had trouble getting the emailed directions for each step. This is not something I experienced with The Crochet Crowd email challenges. Hopefully the emails will come through successfully.

That’s great you and Yarnspirations are offering this new challenge. I really need this and can’t wait! (Remember the post about depression and crocheting – I am struggling to get back to it.)
